Definitions
Tipped workers: The minimum wage should be 38% of the minimum wage.
Tip Credit permitted if the combined amount of tip and wage is at least 50 cents more than the applicable minimum wage.
Wages per month are calculated as 4.33 times if a weekly wage is defined. It is calculated as 4.33 times the standard hours per week if an hourly wage is given.
